Our white wines combine freshness, finesse and complexity, revealing all the richness of our terroirs
Produced only in exceptional vintages, the Sélection Royale embodies the highest level of excellence at Château Lange-Reglat.
Made from 90% Sémillon and 10% Sauvignon Blanc , this rare vintage comes from the oldest vines on the estate, located on the gravel and clay terroirs typical of Sauternes.
Harvested by hand in successive selections of botrytized berries , the grapes are vinified and aged for 24 months in French oak barrels , in a micro-cuvée limited to just two barrels.
The amber-gold color opens with aromas of candied apricot, roasted pineapple, honey, and vanilla. The mouthfeel, full and silky, reveals a very rich liqueur balanced by fine acidity and a long, noble, and slightly saline finish.
A collector's wine, to be enjoyed slowly.
Serve between 10 and 12°C — Aging potential: 20 to 30 years.
